Ear we go again !

As part of British Science week we have been learning a bit about ? DNA and Genes. We learnt that genes play an important role in determining how we look and lots of other stuff about us. They carry information that makes you who you are and what you look like: curly or straight hair, long or short legs, even how you might smile or laugh. Many of these things are passed from one generation to the next in a family by genes.

We had a look at our ears to see if our ear lobes were “attached” or “loose”. It’s highly likely that one of our parents has the same. This is just one trait controlled by our genes.
