We were discussing what is working well in our class and what could be improved this term.
The children are excellent at playing rounders. They are catching, throwing and hitting the ball well and are good sports and good team players.
Here are the children reading the last chapter of our story ‘James and the Giant Peach’.
The children have been enjoying creating Christmas card images. They will bring home a form with their creations and details of how to order cards and other products with their image on them, if you wish, through Cauliflower Cards. Please note that ordering should be completed online and the box ticked in section 2 if you have placed an order. If you place an order please return the form to the school before the school holidays so we can forward it on to the company. Many thanks.
The children have been learning numbers up to 1000. Here are some pictures of them busy at work and enjoying their lunch in the classroom.
The children have been having fun learning about measurement. Today we were using different sized containers to find out if they held 1 litre, more than 1 litre or less than 1 litre of water. Here are some photos to enjoy.
