We politely ask parents to be mindful of the times of drop off and pick ups. Our staffing rotas are done around the amount of children in at certain times therefore if you are dropping off earlier or picking up later than your child’s allocated times this will affect our staffing ratios.
You may also incur a charge for extra time if this happens continually.
If you are unsure of allocated times, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to check this for you.
