This was recorded on a graph and we could see how many volts each wind turbine was able to make. The structure needed to be secure, sturdy and have the blades in  a suitable position. Term 2 successes

Congratulations to our Star of the Month, Callum, who was chosen for our Celebration Assembly on the last day of term. His sets a good example of a hard worker with  a friendly and settled manner. Our story writing was  a challenge this week with  a huge bunch of success criteria to aspire to, but non the less the standard was highly commendable. So hard to choose Star Writers! Well done to Molly, Lily, Josh, Sadie, Izzy and Ellie. Our Star Pupils were Izzy and Lilly who were fantastic DJ’s for the first disco. It was very nerve wracking in front of all the parents and managing to keep the “wee ones” together to enjoy the games. Super achievements everyone.

We did it!

What an amazing amount of money we raised on Thursday at the Dress Up Disco. The support from the school community was fantastic and we have made about £850! This will hopefully go towards offsetting costs for a Term 4 trip.

The stalls were well designed, prepped and presented. They were lots of fun and provided a wide variety to keep everyone entertained. The DJ’s had some super playlists and provided great games for us all to enjoy.

We appreciate your support with buying and providing materials to make the event such a success. We also wish to thank the staff who came along to help.

The pupils worked well together and they really enjoyed the experience. A brilliant night!

Further details about the class and what we plan to do will come out next week.

            WELCOME BACK!

Great to see everyone back after our lovely summer break. We had a good start and enjoyed helping out our buddies. Lots of things going on in Pr 7 to keep us busy. We made Welcome to Pr 1 cards and went out to meet Pr 1 parents/carers at the end of the day to say hello!
